Roofing, distributing, or manufacturing experience a plus.
Our client is an expanding Roofing Materials Manufacturer that is set in Chatsworth, CA who sells direct to industry-related distributors.
Preferred Qualifications
1. An individual that is knowledgeable in the accounting rules, not necessarily a CPA but preferred.
2. Needs to understand the difference between an expense and an asset.
3. Needs to know the depreciation rules.
4. Needs to know how a financial statement is prepared and how to read and interpret it.
5. Needs to have a logical business savvy.
6. Must be a person that knows how to manage people, recognize people’s talents and strengths.
7. The company is presently using QuickBooks.
8. Knowledge as to the preparation of financial statements a must.
9. Can converse with customers and vendors, if needed.
10. Can delegate and make decisions when needed.
11. The individual will report to the company’s CEO.
12. Roofing background is a plus, but if you have a background in construction or related products, it will be considered.
Salary range $85,000 to $95,000 depending on knowledge, experience, and the ability to know, understand and properly play their place in the company structure.
Experience working with factors is a plus
