Real Estate Investment and Management Company is currently seeking to hire a full time Accountant/CPA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE B.A./B.S. Degree in Accounting.
CPA (preferred but NOT required).
Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.
A minimum of 5 years working experience in accounting.
Good Telephone and Communication Skills.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, dependable and extremely organized.
Bi-lingual (English/Tagalog) - (Preferred but not required).
DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE:
The candidate will be responsible for the day to day accounting & financial management, coordination and general oversight of all aspects of the company’s functions on certain properties and entities, as well as:
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Account Reconciliation
Processing of Deposits
Billing and Collection
Financial Reporting
Taxes and Payroll
Bank Reconciliations
Account Management/Monitoring
Preparation of Financial Documents
Tenant’s Lease Monitoring
COMPENSATION:
Very well compensated position; depending on experience and qualifications.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
