Duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, office duties and working with Controller, Owner and Property Managers. Track all invoices using Quick Books & online Bill Pay, create Rent Rolls & CAM billing. Must have Quick Books & MS office knowledge and 4 years’ experience on property management company.
