Help Wanted: Experienced Accountant with QuickBooks Desktop Expertise. Quickbooks certified preferred.
Our construction firm in Tarzana is seeking a skilled and experienced accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and a strong background in GAAP accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions and records using QuickBooks Desktop
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure financial compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
