Working knowledge of
JDEdwards ERP is needed to be successful in this position. You do not need to have technical skills with the ERP, but understand it enough so you could help users (sales team, Accounting team, warehouse team, etc.) troubleshoot some basic issues
My client is implementing and integrating JDEdwards ERP system at their locations across the US.
They need someone who could be the first line of response to their needs and requests This person will work with the users helping them to resolve issues from sign-in, to account activation, to application needs. Initial interface with the customer (gathers, documents, and reviews details of issue; routes issues as appropriate).
Handle support calls - address support issues; log and regularly monitor / update status of issues into incident management systems.
Assist with resolution to prevent future occurrences.
Collect and analyze underlying data to determine process issues and opportunities.
Provide recommendations of improvement of common issues/high ticket volume.
Provide application training support as needed.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum experience: 3 years' experience as an Application Services Analyst/Customer Service Rep overlooking distribution, logistics, warehousing, sales support, supply chain
Experience with JD Edwards.
Preferably anything around application support/training related
