This is a small but successful multi-line Farmers insurance office and I'm seeking an organized, friendly and self motivated individual for customer service and sales. I have a full-time position for Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Duties include, but are not limited to online policy management which includes taking payments, making coverage changes and quoting additional lines of coverage. This job requires answering phones, taking messages and light office maintenance. Exceptional customer service is a must.
Ideal candidate is fluent (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish, has strong communication and computer skills. He/She should also have a P&C license to sell and discuss multiple lines of insurance. Experience is preferred.
Pay will be hourly with potential for unlimited comissions. Please respond with resume.
