We are Licensed Cannabis Company, looking for a part-time bookkeeper to work on-site. Hours are flexible.
Requirement:
Accounting degree or equivalent (Please state in your resume)
Five or more years bookkeeping, reconciliation and reporting Proficient using Quick Books Desk Top Only
Responsibility for Data Entry Clerk Entering financial data and proper filing of documents
Be able to reconcile with bank statement
Entering Payroll information by QB payroll service and Disperse payment to employees
Federal Employee Tax and EDD Filing experience is required
Sales and Use Tax Filing experience is required
Communication and coordinating with CPA is essential
Additional Responsibility for Book Keeper
Be able to analyze the financial report or audit report
Be able to understand Balance Sheet and make financial statement
