Office Administrator (Billing / Bookkeeping / Licensing)

Location: Wilmington

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22–$30/hour (DOE)

We’re a fast-growing drayage company with over 20 years of experience in port operations.

The Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Administrator to manage billing, bookkeeping, licensing, and general office operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our business organized and compliant while supporting our growing client and vendor base.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Invoicing: Create and track invoices, follow up on payments (QuickBooks).

Bookkeeping: Track expenses, reconcile transactions, assist with monthly reports.

Licensing & Insurance: Manage renewals, COIs, and compliance paperwork.

Admin Support: Organize files, manage vendor docs, assist with onboarding.

Customer Support: Handle calls and billing inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:

3+ years admin experience (transportation or service industry preferred)

Skilled in billing, light bookkeeping, and QuickBooks

Comfortable with Google Workspace and file management

Experience managing licenses and insurance docs

Highly organized, independent, and trustworthy

Payroll and HR onboarding experience a plus
