Payroll Clerk / Office Assistant

We are a small CPA firm in the heart of Koreatown. We are currently looking for someone who will assist our payroll team and provide administrative support.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in payroll processing, payroll taxes and compliance with federal and state payroll reporting requirements

2. Bachelor's degree preferred

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

4. Must have excellent attention to detail and very good communication skills

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for accurate processing of payroll data for various clients and timely scheduling of payments to Federal and State using ADP Workforce and Intuit Easyacct

2. Provide general administrative support, assist with filing, organizing documents

3. Answer and direct phone calls

4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Salary will commensurate with experience.

This is not a remote position. Required to report to the office M-F.
