Job title: Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Homeowner Association Property Management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to support their team. The ideal candidate has previous experience in bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Organizing and entering of receivables/remote desktop deposits weekly
- Preparation of bill details and requesting approvals
- Monthly Reconciliations of each property bank account in a timely fashion, approx. 150 bank accounts per month
- Prepare monthly reports and financial statements to be sent to clients in time for deadlines
- Respond to clients and upper Management on accounting-related questions
- Microsoft / Excel – proficiency and efficiency in creating required reports required
