We are looking for a REMOTE Finance Administrator / Bookkeeper with 3-5 years of experience.
We are an online marketing agency which helps business owners scale their marketing and coaching business by writing and producing short form video sales letters and ad copy designed to increase lead generation / close sales and increase company revenues.
We are GROWING rapidly and need a fast thinking experienced finance professional.
This 100% remote position will be responsible for :
Accounts Receivables:
Build a better client payments tracking system.
Track all incoming client payments, identify which fail, and reach out/follow up with the respective client to finalize payment.
Track active clients, paused clients, offboarded clients, clients w/ free time, etc.
Monitor client due dates and work w/account management team to ensure clients ascend or offboard → currently we have clients we’re working for free with due to them flying under our radar given we have no system for this.
Accounts Payable:
Create a company email address which you will monitor for all incoming invoices/accounts payable from our team (payroll), vendors/partners, etc.
Access to the company Amex and bank accounts to finalize all accounts payable.
Who we’re looking for:
College degree in Finance / Business.
Preference for candidates with experience in e-Comm/B2B/Marketing
3-5 + years of finance experience.
Take control of this department and build out new systems based on the areas we are lacking in.
Tell the owner what he should be doing/adding/changing to improve this department and make it more scalable.
Must be extremely proactive and be able to operate without too much feedback/hand-holding.
Salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 US. No benefits.
