We are a small Real Estate law firm seeking a remote part-time bookkeeper.
In addition to managing the law firm’s books, the owner will need assistance with running reports, entering costs, and handling smaller tasks for a few additional real estate investment entities (only three currently active).
Responsibilities:
Managing QuickBooks
Bank reconciliations
Allocating expenses
Preparing P&L reports
Assisting with audits (very limited)
Supporting various reports and tax requirements
Running payroll through ADP (currently three employees)
Our current setup utilizes a dedicated bookkeeping computer that can be accessed remotely from anywhere with Quickbooks Pro Plus installed on it along with access to all company files on that machine. It's possible if someone is local in LA and would prefer to work directly off that computer we can have it relocated.
Most tasks will be recurring monthly. We are offering $500 per month. If the workload exceeds standard tasks, we can discuss additional compensation for your time.
