Join our well-established Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm in West Covina, CA! We are seeking a Senior Accountant who is passionate about accounting and ready to contribute expertise in tax, financial statements and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review corporate, partnership, trust and individual tax returns
Assist with financial statement audits, reviews and related assurance tasks
Communicate with clients on tax, accounting, and financial matters
Manage multiple engagements and deadlines efficiently
Maintain accuracy, organization, and high attention to detail
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
CPA preferred with 5-7 years of experience in a public accounting firm
Strong proficiency in Excel and computer skills
Proficiency in Lacerte and ProSystem preferred
Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
Financial statement audit experience is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple deadlines
Ability to work extended hours during tax season
Well organized, strong attention to detail and professional
This is an on-site position in West Covina, CA
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
