Our company is currently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team!You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Computeand record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
2-4 years prior experience in Real Estate industry is a must
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Works well under pressure and a team player
Prior experience with AppFolio software system
Bilingual speaking English and Spanish is preferred, not required
