We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Preparer/ Bookkeeper who will be responsible for accurately preparing and filing tax returns for our clients. This person will review various financial documents in order to prepare tax returns and provide tax services. This person will also be reconciling bank statements.
Job Duties:
- Preparation of Corporate, Partnership, SMLLC, Trust, and Individual tax returns (can range from simple to complex),
- Assist with tax notices, making tax payments, state tax filings, and/or other tax matters.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience with QuickBooks online
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ProSeries and Lacerte tax software experience a major plus
