We are currently seeking an energetic outgoing professional individual to assist the Accounting Manager. The following requirements are needed to be considered.
Requirements:
Must have QuickBooks experience
Must have experience with Microsoft Office(Excel a must)
Must have worked in an office environment for 2 years
Must be very familiar with using the internet
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Pleasant telephone demeanor
Must be organized, able to pay attention to details and have the ability to multitask
Good follow-up skills
Mature, responsible, reliable and eager to learn
Positive attitude
Duties will include but not limited to
QuickBooks Data Input
Files Maintenance
Accounts payable and receivable
Support Accounting Manager
Receive, process, and apply check and credit card deposits.
Prepare and email invoices to customers
All other related responsibilities
The position will begin on a temporary basis but may go to permanent.
