Start-Up multimedia company helmed by award-winning actor Brandon Hammond and partners are seeking a business intern to help grow and maintain business aspects of the company. This is a part-time, mostly remote position so it's very convenient for those currently in school or working another job!
Primary Responsibilities:
To help grow the company into a profitable viable business. After 6 months will have the opportunity to become hired staff.
Duties:
- Applying for grants
- Social media management
- Growing mailing list
- Keeping company website up to date
- Advertise and Market our programs and services
- Organize and maintain company calendar
- Handle email and phone correspondence
Qualifications:
- In school for business related degree, has a business degree, or equivalent business related experience
- Social media and internet expertise or knowledge
- Proficient in writing professional emails and taking phone calls
- Knowledge of Canva, Groupon, and SEO systems a plus
- Organized and detail oriented
- Someone willing to grow with a startup company and be an integral part of its functionality.
