We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operational functions across administrative, maintenance, and property management teams. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving procedural inefficiencies, following up on outstanding operational issues, tracking cross-departmental performance metrics, and supporting upper management on various initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight
Evaluate and streamline administrative procedures for greater efficiency and compliance.
Implement solutions to address recurring bottlenecks or inconsistencies in operations.
Issue Resolution
Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues in maintenance and property management workflows.
Serve as a liaison between field teams, office staff, and senior leadership to ensure timely issue resolution.
Performance & Metrics Tracking
Collect, abstract, and analyze operational metrics from all departments to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for executive review.
Project Support
Assist upper management in the planning, execution, and follow-up of special projects or strategic initiatives.
Provide operational insights and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies across teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out new systems, tools, or protocols that improve performance and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations, administration, or property management (3+ years preferred)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and property management software
Experience working cross-functionally with field and corporate teams
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
