Southland Aquatics needs an operations manager to handle overnight live fish shipments to our customers, manage warehouse supplies and personnel scheduling, and generally learn the business. We are willing to train the right person. A college degree, good use of excel and other office programs required. Also you will be immersed in the aquarium fish hobby, be prepared to get your hands wet and pitch in from time to time. This is a very unique industry with a lot of on the job training. As one of the management team of this small business you will also work with the owner on projects to increase the sales and profits of the operation.
