Renowned artist Tom Pergola is seeking someone who's interested in opening a fine art gallery. I've come up with a system that would take all the risk and expense out of opening a fine art gallery by having good artist participate in paying the rent. This gallery must be in a high traffic area, especially where there are tourists walking around. My artwork will also be shown at the gallery which would be a big draw and a way to display my art.
