Job Title: Part-Time Billing Collections Specialist
Hours: 9AM - 1PM PST, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to follow up on outstanding invoices and secure payment
Track all marketing-related bills and maintain accurate record-keeping
Monitor and log monthly and annual bills, maintaining meticulous and organized records
Handle inquiries and resolve billing issues professionally and efficiently
Create and submit monthly spending reports
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Billing Collections Specialist
Comfortable making calls and asking for payments
Exceptional communication skills with a professional and courteous phone manner
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation:
Hourly wage of $25-$30 per hour, based on experience
