Responding to online customer service email inquiries daily. That includes: product information, return requests, shipping inquiries, responding to A-Z claims etc.
Must Haves:
- Proficiency in English. This includes reading, speaking, spelling, grammar, proper sentence formation etc. Bilingual is a plus!
- Two Years plus experience in assisting customers via e-mail in major online marketplaces, such as Amazon, Walmart, ebay etc.
- Familiar with ShipStation & Shopify
- Must type over 50 to 65 words per minute
- Passionate about assisting customers, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well with others to meet deadlines.
