We are seeking a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep! MUST be fluent in one of the following:

The CSR provides efficient and effective service to customers and prospects on all patron-based services to a variety of inquiries and customer needs.
Must live within CA
Compensation: $21 - $22.50 an hour
Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
Job Description:
The purpose of the bilingual speaking Health Care Customer Service Representatives (CSR) position is to deliver excellent customer care & create sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence.
Job Requirements:
-Handle service & information requests
-Billing explanations & cost savings advice
-Explain company policies, procedures along with terms and conditions
Job Qualifications:
-Must have high school diploma or equivalent
-Must reside in California
-Must be able to speak fluently in English & Arabic, Farsi, Cambodian, Mandarin, Russian, Armenian, Vietnamese, Laotian, Cantonese, Korean, Hmong
-Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
-Must be able to pass a background screening
