Answer consumer calls - English & Spanish2. Take phone orders - English & Spanish 3. Chargebacks 4. Chargebacks (Monthly Report) 5. Inventory subs 6. Hold Orders 7. W-hold Orders 8. Processing correction requests9. Processing consumer e-mails10. Processing call backs 11. Monthly Inventory Order 12. Train new agents in products13. Train new agents in computer systems14. Train new agents in reviewing test15. Assist on answering questions from all agents16. FedEx issuing, processing, and following up on FedEx call tags17. FedEx Claims18. FedEx Investigations19. Clean and Prepare New Agents Desks 20. Distribute New Catalogs 21. Process Better Business Bureau complaints22. Process Wal-Mart complaints 23.
