We are a Business-To-Consumer (B2C) E-Commerce company that specializes in auto engine parts and have been in business for 20 years. We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join us and have multiple positions available.
Job Description:
Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers.
Customers typically reach out to us about: order tracking information, returns / return policy, product questions.
Customer Service Representative will have access to our systems to provide that information to customers.
Learn our products (training provided) to provide information to customers.
Update orders with accurate tracking information, once they go live.
Work as a team player to effectively handle customer issues and questions.
Your Skills:
Deadline and detail-oriented to follow-through with customer inquiries.
Proper grammar skills and the ability to professionally communicate with customers.
Computer skills and literacy and accurate typing skills are needed.
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We do not work weekends and do not expect our Customer Service team to work outside of their schedule.
