We are looking for a few individuals to join our team in our Customer Service Department (BDC) for our Sales and Service Department.
Responsibilities:
-Answer customer calls & establish follow up's with Sales/Service appointments.
-Respond quickly to internet, phone, live chat & Starlink inquiries using email, scripts & templates.
-Assist with Loaner department when needed (Service BDC)
-Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources/departments
-Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or is a no show
-Participate in team & process development sessions-keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales/service teams & management.
-Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications:
-At least one previous role based in customer service experience
-Prompt & courteous demeanor
-Positive and hardworking personality
-Strong Computer Skills
-Valid driver's license
