We’re a small, mission-driven company in the fine jewelry space, known for offering some of the most exceptional pearls in the world. We sell directly to collectors and jewelry lovers through our website, private virtual appointments, and weekly livestream events. Our team is tight-knit, and very committed to delivering a memorable, personalized experience to every client.
We’re currently looking for a new full-time team member to help with customer communication, virtual appointments, livestream support and sales support. This role requires direct customer interaction via email, phone, and video, with behind-the-scenes support for our growing livestream program. You’ll also help maintain our online storefront and keep our operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone who can communicate confidently and well, stay organized even when things get a bit crazy, and loves to learn. Our customers expect real product knowledge and high-touch service. We will train you, but you’ll need to be curious and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and phone calls with professionalism and care
Become fluent in our product offerings and customer experience standards
Conduct and assist with virtual video appointments, helping clients choose pieces
Support livestream events, including product prep, labeling, tracking, and inventory updates
Make content and product updates on our Shopify-based website
Provide general office and operational support, especially during high-volume periods
What We're Looking For:
Strong communicator – Friendly, clear, and confident on the phone, in email, in person, and on video
Quick learner – You don’t need to know pearls, but you must want to learn and you will become an expert
Highly organized – Able to manage shifting priorities, calendars, and customer needs
Tech-comfortable – You’re not afraid of tools like Shopify, Zoom, Google Workspace, Gorgias, Klaviyo, and livestream platforms. You don’t need to be fluent in each, but you’ll become confident quickly.
Team-oriented – Willing to help where needed. We are a small team so we wear a lot of hats.
Genuinely interested in fine jewelry – Especially pearls ;)
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting compensation $28-$33/hr based on experience
