Solar company is looking for a customer relations specialist. The main aim of a client relations specialist is to keep the customer happy with the company and to promote referrals. We are seeking individuals who are positive, reliable, and responsible.
The responsibilities will include:
-establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with clients
-working with new solar leads / proactively reaching out to clients via phone and / or email
-following up on the leads provided with the estimates via phone and / or email
-setting up appointments
-providing information about products and services, answering any questions a customer or a potential customer has
Requirements:
-Excellent oral and written communication skills/ listening skills/strong organizational abilities.
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Fast and accurate typing
- fluent in English and Spanish
-ability to multi-task/ prioritize/manage time effectively
