Job Descriptions
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research, every issue and provide solutions
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Job Requirements
2-3 years of trouble shooting experience in a call center environment
High school or GED required; college degree preferred
Proficiency using web apps like CRM, spreadsheets and email
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have transportation
