What You’ll Do
Track and trace loads daily
Report any delays or concerns on departed loads
Review and maintain container inventory
Data entry and updating internal systems
Handle incoming/outgoing emails promptly and professionally
Support the IPI team with additional tasks as assigned
Stay organized and keep up with daily workflow responsibilities

Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Ability to work independently within the IPI team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and general data entry
Strong communication skills
