Customer Service Operator for a Fast-Paced, (film industry specific) Catering Company
Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation, DOE- to be discussed during interview process

Type – Part Time; proposed shift time 4pm-1am with possibility of OT, depending on needs of business.
Please note that training hours will differ from the actual proposed schedule. This could include some early afternoon training. The training schedule will be discussed further during the interview process.
As a well-established catering company, JSF excels in fulfilling the needs of the film industry. Clients include network television shows as well as movies. JSF operates its own full-service kitchen as well as provides grocery shopping and outside restaurant pick up service for their clients. JSF operations are a 24/7 business.
JSF is looking for a motivated Customer Service Operator to join our team. Applicants must be hard-working, team-focused, and driven to learn.

This candidate will work with a senior staff member to assist in the completion of their daily tasks while learning all the ins and outs of the position. Eventually it is expected that they will work on his/her own to act as support of the senior staff as business requires.
This position is vital to the daily operations of the business and will involve, but is not limited to the following duties:
Receiving all calls/ texts and emails of next day orders from clients.
Upselling clients on premium offerings from our kitchen or via grocery shopping and/or outside restaurants.
Trouble shooting hard to find items and directing clients to alternatives.
Utilization of the internet to find all items requested by clients to include specialty restaurant orders.
Preparing organized order sheets detailing each client’s orders for the kitchen staff & driver teams.
Requirements:
Proficient typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other basic office software programs &
equipment a MUST.
Professional phone etiquette.
Applicant must possess the following skills: time management, critical thinking, detailed orientated, organizational,
verbal & written communication, quick-learning, strategic planning & scheduling.
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position.
Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress in a fast-paced environment.
Other skills/attributes imperative to this position: Empathy, problem solving skills, patience, active listening skills, a
positive attitude and quick response time.
Must be impeccably groomed & maintain good hygiene.
