Our company is looking to higher a part time to full time Customer Service Rep that will be working remotely and be available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
We are a digital marketing company that works with businesses across the US and you will be responsible for communication with them around services and billing as well as other CSR related items.
This role requires a self starter and a fast learner with great computer skills as all of our systems including CRM are cloud based .
If you have knowledge of digital marketing that will be a HUGE plus
CS Role:
Providing outstanding customer service.
Developing effective communication with clients and staff.
Inspiring repeat/referral business from clients.
Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
Collaborating with different departments about client queries.
Offering advice to clients on services and products.
Developing surveys/ and capturing client information.
Participating in marketing campaigns.
Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.
Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
Resolving phone, and email customer inquiries.
Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
Identifying customer needs.
Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries/campaigns.
Updating customer information as required in the CRM and across worksheets.
Maintaining confidentiality of information.
Performing other duties as the need arises.
