Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Burbank, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $22.00/hour
Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our clients and team. The ideal hire is calm under pressure, disciplined in follow-through, and naturally customer centric.
Responsibilities
Answer calls and assist customers with questions, requests, and policy needs
Manage administrative tasks and filings; maintain accurate records and documentation
Proactively follow up with prospects and existing customers
Support account servicing and help drive client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
Friendly, professional customer service approach
Insurance work experience is a plus
