Responsibilities:
Order processing/Data Entry
Answer phones and direct calls
Provide office support such as filing and completing light paperwork
Process and receive invoices
Respond to client e-mails
Generate sales leads
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Office Administration skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook (Pass excel test)
Must be able to create formulas, charts, tables and equations
Experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
10 Key by touch
