We are constantly growing and in search of additional full-time employees for our XXXXX office. We are willing to train you in the details and workings of the $28 billion / year promotional products industry. Our air-conditioned, comfortable offices are located in Walnut, CA, minutes from MT. SAC, CAL POLY, and Cal State Fullerton.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

GSJJ has a few Full-Time positions available. Available shifts are M-F 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

We are looking for Reliable TEAM MEMBERS who are polite, honest, on-time, quick to provide assistance, and have the willingness to go the extra mile when helping our customers. Must have the ability to complete tasks alone / unsupervised. Have the opportunity to work abroad.

Qualifications

Applicants require a college degree

Art design, graphic design, marketing major is plus

Social media and marketing skills is plus

Good written and verbal skills

Duties are:

Make 50-70 Customer Service outbound calls per day. THESE ARE NOT COLD CALLS, these are calls to customers that have orders in progress asking them to approve proofs, make payments, clarify order details or shipping addresses and the like.

Communicate with the CS and Sales teams via instant messaging.

Help to pack and ship small stock orders and sample orders (less than 1 lb)

Help sort and manage mailing projects. (rare)

Send and Receive small parcels from FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc

Answer Telephones quickly, monitor and respond to Live (website) chat, Respond to Emails from customers, and filter/screen inbox to forward Emails to appropriate team members.

Help proofread our Social media and website content.
