Local non-profit organization is looking for Customer Services Specialists who will deliver high quality referral services to members of the community. Position is hybrid remote but training will take place in office for 1 month, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Once training is complete, you will be required to work in office 2 days a week. Days will be chosen based on call center needs but will be scheduled in advance. Flexibility of in office days will be considered if notified ahead of time.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour but has the potential to increase to $17.50/hour after 30 days.
Shift: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 10:30am-7:00pm, 11:30am-8:00pm, 12:00pm-8:30pm, 1:00pm-9:30pm
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality, multidimensional information and assistance services to contacts from multiple counties.
Use multiple programs and databases for resource searches, information collection and application assistance.
Help each contact identify their health and human service needs.
Active participant in keeping resource database updated with accurate information about community resources.
Work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Extended hours as needed in times of disaster in any county served.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service, call center, health care or administrative type of role
Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin or Cantonese
Laptop or Desktop computer with headset and a reliable internet connection
