Provide world class customer service to Residents and Invitees at a condominium complex.
Open lobby doors and assist with bags, packages.
Follow procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
Answer phones, log packages, control access, assist other departments as needed.
Looking for reliable, hard-working, professional applicants preferably with hotel or condominium experience.
Pay begins at $20 per hour.
PART TIME POSITION, TWO DAYS A WEEK.

Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
Computer Literate
English Speaking
Possess a current CA Driver's License
Possess a current Guard Card
Able to stand for extended periods of time and maneuver steps.
