We seek friendly and highly motivated Dry Cleaning Customer Service for a family-dry cleaning business in La Crescenta.
Hourly pay: Up to $18.00 / hourly based on the experience.
Full-time & part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities:
Customer relations: interpret customers’ needs and requests to maintain satisfaction.
Convey services offered in person or on the phone.
Answer phone calls and redirect calls when necessary.
Process clothes for cleaning and/or alterations for drop-off and pick-up.
Maintain a clean workspace and clean appearance.
