Gacco.Inc is looking for a full time E-com Customer Service. Assisting office to run more efficiently.
We specialize in selling auto parts and accessories. We mainly be as international distributor and e-commerce marketing online.

SPECIFICATIONS:
- Processing shipping labels via shipstaion.
- Amazon/eBay Customer Service; Phone answering
- Ability to adapt to auto parts. Training is provided.
- FLUENT ENGLISH is a must.
- Research: research products for proper application.
- Familiar with excel/words.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You MUST have basic computer knowledge. (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of auto parts is a plus(aftermarket truck accessories, chrome overlays, mud guards, etc)
- Experience with online 3rd party retailers like eBay is a plus.
- You must have a positive attitude.
- You must be fluent in English, Spanish is a plus, with good communication skills.
- You must be responsible, reliable and punctual with reliable transportation.
- You must be able to multi-task, stay organized and self-motivated.
- You must be able to work with little to no supervision, but also work well with others.
- You must be open minded, willing to learn and willing to adapt to constant changes as business grows.
- You must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks as described.
