Premier World Discovery is seeking a Reservations Coordinator
If you have good customer service skills, and experience within the travel industry reservations systems and/or call centers this position could be for you.
As Reservations Coordinator you will:
Book Passenger & Group Reservations on exciting company travel packages
Process Payments & Passenger Cancellations/Refunds
Take Customer Phone Calls & Emails
Work in a Team environment
A Reservations Coordinator should have:
Reservation System and/or accounting experience
Customer Service Skills
Strong Email & Verbal Communication Skills
Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills
Ability to Multitask & meet Deadlines
Work well in team environment
Travel industry experience (plus not required)
Bachelor’s degree (plus not required)
