Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Maintenance Person, with a strong background in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
-Knowledge of building systems and equipment.
-Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements:
-Must Speak English Fluently
-Valid driver's license.
-Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
