We are a boutique investment advisory firm seeking a proactive, computer-savvy part-time assistant to an Investment Advisor with experience in financial services, client engagement, and marketing. Must be self-motivated, organized, and have excellent follow-through skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect outreach via phone, text, email
Appointment setting, follow-up, and support through client onboarding
CRM updates (Zoho CRM or similar)
Zoom meeting coordination
Account setup through online platforms and forms
Qualifications:
College degree
3+ years in customer service and marketing outreach
Proficient in Excel and navigating online systems
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Zoho CRM experience a plus
