Experience in a spa setting preferred but not required. We are willing to train the ideal candidate.
Part or Full time position.
Musts:
Be willing to work weekends.
Reside within 10 miles from downtown L.A. or Glendale.
Have dependable form of transportation
The Medi-Spa Admin position will be trained, on the job, to perform the following:
Handle multiple phone calls (answer basic questions and book appointments on scheduling software)
Represent company in a pleasant, professional manner with patience and courtesy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at times without getting flustered
Additional attributes that can be used for personal advancement
Organized personality types:
Oversee spa activities in an organized, effective manner that promotes the business successfully
Ability to manage multiple projects with high level of organizational skill and efficiency
Replenishing inventory/inventory control on products and supplies
Creative & Responsible personality types:
Be a creative problem solver and a reliable team member that can take charge of situations.
Create new processes or jobs in the company that improve the future.
Helpful qualifications (but, not necessary for good candidates)
Stable work history important (at least 1 year)
Knowledge of Botox and dermal fillers (i.e., Juvederm, Restylane)
