ODCY (Off-Dock Container Yard) CSR is responsible for managing all data pertaining to containers,
trailers, trucks, chassis, and/or yard-related services in-gating and out-gating at the facility. This includes
registering necessary data into our company’s program (GAIA system), monitoring yard inventory to
prevent over-capacity and congestion, preparing internal/external reports for both company and
customers, and addressing customer inquiries regarding the yard-related matters in the yard.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain
management preferred.
- Proficiency in using YMS (yard management system)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Work Environment:
-Primarily yard (40%) and office (60%) setting.
-Requires physical presence at the facility and also involves working outdoors (yard) in various
weather conditions.
