Our company needs a well spoken and attentive person with experience in Excel. This person will be the customer service manager for the Store, social media marketing manager for the Store, and a commissioned participant in several new extensions of the Store into Google Merchants, Amazon, and others. Most of your time will be spent working with customers via email and a few phone calls, and working with our warehouse lead to ensure the orders are organized and shipped. You will do social media postings three times a week and work with our off site technical support to build Google Merchants and Amazon accounts. This is a growing business which sells aquarium fish to hobbyists around the USA. Located near the LAX this is a full time position and requires on site work Monday to Friday.
