Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services.
Duties:
Handle customer orders received via email and fax with accuracy and efficiency.
Perform stock checks and provide customers with up-to-date inventory information.
Arrange freight for customer orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with sales representatives to support customer needs and sales goals.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate shipments.
Provide product information and support to customers, leveraging your tile and stone expertise.
Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service within the tile and stone industry.
Strong logistics coordination skills, including experience with freight arrangements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using email and fax for order processing.
Ability to perform accurate stock checks and manage inventory information.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales representatives and other team members.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
