Customer Service Representative

S.T. Intl Group is currently looking for self-motivated individuals with good communication skills to join our company! We are conveniently located in Santa Clarita Business Park which is a minute walk to many restaurants. We are a distributor of watchmaker and jeweler supplies.

This role will include:

· Process Orders (Phone, Fax, e-Commerce)

· Inbound and outbound phone calls – strong phone skills

· Emailing and responding to correspond with customers

· Provide friendly and excellent customer service

· Basic troubleshooting between orders placed

· Ability to adapt and manage in a fast-paced environment

Qualities we are looking for:

· At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

· Advanced computer skills (Excel, Outlook) with at least a 50 WPM

· Bilingual (Spanish/Vietnamese/Mandarin/Korean) is a PLUS

· Experience with Fedex, UPS, and Stamps.com/Shipstation software.

· Works in a fast manner

· Punctuality is important to you

· Ability to multi-task

· FAST LEARNER

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time. Pay is $18-$23/hr depending on experience. $18/hour for the first two weeks during training. Then your hourly wage is determined by your skills and speed. Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Days once probation is completed Lunch is provided every Monday.
