Personal Assistant + Creative Support (Part-Time)
Location: Park La Brea, Los Angeles
Hi! I’m a busy female entrepreneur, pastor, comedian, and content creator based in Park La Brea.
My brand is growing quickly with podcast opportunities, PR outreach, YouTube content, book writing, and a developing TV project.
I’m looking for a flexible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented assistant to support my work, my home, and assist in my everyday life.
This is primarily an in-person role based in Park La Brea, with occasional remote tasks.
This role may also include being on camera at times for social media, YouTube content, and an upcoming TV project, so you must be comfortable with occasional on-camera moments when needed.
I have 2 dogs and 2 cats in the home, and occasional assistance with basic pet care may be needed.
You must have flexible availability. Some days may start at 8 am, others at 5 pm. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities (No editing required)
Podcast + PR Outreach
Emailing podcast hosts, influencers, and media outlets
Following up with leads and managing communication
Tracking outreach and scheduling interviews
Researching new PR opportunities
Sending and drafting messages using provided templates
Book Writing (Scribe Style Only)
Listening and typing as I speak
Transcribing voice memos or written text into clean typed text
Organizing written notes into sections for the book
Strictly writing what you hear/read
Creative + Admin Tasks
Posting descriptions, links, and content I provide
Creating simple thumbnails or graphics using templates
Helping prepare my space for filming
Assisting with personal organization and scheduling
Light errands such as mailing packages, picking up items, and quick store runs
Occasional on-camera appearances for social content or filming days
Household Support
Washing dishes
Laundry, including washing and folding
Sweeping and mopping floors
Dusting
General household tidying and upkeep
Trial Week
This position will begin with a paid one-week trial to ensure we are a good fit for each other before moving forward long-term.

Pay
$20 per hour
20 to 25 hours per week to start
