We are currently looking to hire a production field representative to join our team. Need to be highly motivated, with excellent communication and customer service skills. This job requires meeting with homeowners, scheduling crews, basic knowledge of construction projects, getting on roofs, approving quotes and traveling over Los Angeles and Orange County.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM and occasional Saturdays are required. Must have reliable transportation.
This is a salaried position with weekly overrides as well. Your cell phone bill is covered, weekly gas and food allowance and car insurance included on top of your pay. Bilingual is a plus but not required. The main purpose of your position is to ensure the smooth running of projects from start to finish, collect money, and maintain a positive relationship with customers and vendors. You work with the production and sales team to create homeowners dreams into a reality. Must be ok with getting on ladders, measuring homes, basic math and travel.
