Onsite Reprographics Inc. has an immediate openning for a receptionist .This position is Part time.Hours will be from 11:00-5:30pm Monday-Friday we are closed Saturday and Sunday.This candidate must be highly responsible and have the ability to multitask ,pay attention to details and have excellent communication skills.
This individual is responsible for:
-Answering and returning phone calls in a timely manner
-Data entry of accounts into Quickbooks
-check, verify and process invoices
-charge customers in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
-Customer service experience
-proficient in computer and Gmail
-Organization is a must
-Strong ability to multitask
-Good communication skills
